Commission on Equitable Compensation

Sets and administers the conference minimum compensation and the standards for pastoral support — the accountable reimbursement plan, parsonage and housing-allowance standards, and the arrearage policy. The Equitable Compensation Fund undergirds the Discipline's guarantee of security of appointment.
