Wellroot Family Services, the United Methodist Children's Home in North Georgia for 155 years, leads with care—beginning every conversation not with "what did you do" but "what happened to you?" In Fiscal Year 2025, 3,843 lives were impacted: 620 children, teens, parents, and siblings worked together through Functional Family Therapy; 670 new mothers and babies received early support; 120 parents gained parenting skills; 121 young adults and families found stability; 156 children found caring homes through community partners; 105 children and teens experienced nurturing foster families; and 1,931 teachers, social workers, and community leaders were equipped to understand trauma.

186 churches showed up with compassion to support this work. Wellroot especially thanks its top five giving churches: Dunwoody UMC, Peachtree Road UMC, Northside UMC, St. James UMC Atlanta, and Johns Creek UMC. President & CEO: F. Allison Ashe.
